Privacy Policy - Título de Eleitor
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-31
This Privacy Policy describes how Título de Eleitor ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
We design Título de Eleitor so you can consult election-related guides offline. We do not require you to create an account or enter a voter ID to use the core features.
- Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, and basic interaction events (screen views, button taps) used for analytics and stability.
- Advertising identifiers: when you allow tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency) or where permitted on Android, advertising IDs may be used by our ad partners to show ads.
- Local storage: preferences such as legal-notice acknowledgment, checklist progress, and session counters stored on your device only.
- Optional communications: if you contact us by email, we receive the content of that message and your email address to respond.
We do not ask you to submit a Título de Eleitor number, CPF, or other government identity documents inside the app. Links to official websites (e.g. TSE) are opened outside the app and are governed by those sites' policies.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate and improve the app (content guides, performance, bug fixing).
- Show advertisements (banner, interstitial, and app-open ads) that help keep the app free.
- Measure engagement and diagnose crashes via analytics and crash reporting.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
Advertising
This app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and process advertising identifiers and device data to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed by law and your choices (including ATT on iOS).
You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example, Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or Google ad settings on Android).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — advertising
- Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
- Firebase Remote Config / Cloud Messaging — configuration and optional notifications infrastructure
- Google Play Services — platform services on Android
- Facebook SDK — app events / measurement
- Expo — app platform tooling
- Apple — iOS platform services
These providers may process data on servers outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Sharing
We share data only as needed with the service providers listed above to operate the app and serve ads, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share your content with other users (the app has no social network or public profiles).
Data Retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers according to their retention policies and our operational needs (typically aggregated or limited-duration logs). Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (HTTPS for network calls, limited access to developer accounts). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Título de Eleitor is a general-audience utility about Brazilian voter documentation and election timelines. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can:
- Reset advertising identifiers or deny tracking permission in system settings.
- Uninstall the app to remove local data.
- Contact us at the email below to request deletion of data we control (for example, support emails).
Account Deletion
This app does not require user accounts. There is no in-app account to delete. To remove data stored on your device, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage in system settings. To request deletion of any information you sent us by email, contact raimundarodrigs1975@gmail.com and we will process the request within a reasonable time.
International Users
The app is intended primarily for users in Brazil. If you use the app from another country, your information may be processed in Brazil, the United States, or other locations where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
